The Academy has agreements with several nearby establishments. With different rates depending on the season and the establishment's category, we aim to offer our students the best possible conditions based on their preferences and instructions.
Accommodation Conditions
- For host families and shared apartments (in single and double rooms), accommodation in summer may involve a seasonal surcharge.
- Homestay accommodation includes room and board; students may stay with other students.
- Shared apartment in a double room is only available if both people travel together.
Regarding the free accommodation mediation service, Spanish Language Estepona only acts as a mediator between students and property owners or accommodation companies to facilitate housing for students of our Study Center. The Center will not have any financial involvement, as it is a completely free mediation service. In some cases, the Center may act as a depository for payments made by students, which are then disbursed to the property owners or accommodation companies. Most payments are made directly between the students and the property owners or accommodation companies.
Therefore, any student dissatisfaction with the accommodation, or any legal action that may be taken, must be addressed directly to the owner or company that provided the service, with whom our Center has no affiliation. However, through our Center's mediation service, we are committed to assisting students in finding new accommodation at no additional cost, whenever possible, depending on each student's needs, the season, and the availability of accommodation at that time.
