The Academy has agreements with several nearby establishments. By offering different rates depending on the season and category of the establishment, we strive to offer our students the best possible conditions based on their preferences and requirements.
- For host families and shared apartments (single or double rooms), summer accommodation costs an extra €30/week.
- Host family accommodation includes room and board. Students may share accommodations with other students.

These prices are indicative only, as Plaza las Flores Study Center only offers a completely free accommodation brokerage service for our students in Estepona. Therefore, there is no financial relationship between our Center and the accommodation owners. The owners agree on the final price with the students, depending on each student's needs, the season, and the accommodation options.
*Regarding the free accommodation mediation service, Plaza las Flores Study Center only acts as a mediator between students and property owners or accommodation companies to facilitate accommodation for students at our Study Center. The Center will not have any financial relationship, as it is a completely free mediation service. It may only participate in certain cases, as the custodian of the payment made by students and subsequently paid to the apartment owners or accommodation companies. The majority of payments are made directly between the students and the property owners or accommodation companies.
Therefore, any disagreement with the accommodation, or any legal action taken, should be directed directly to the owner or company that provided the service, from whom our Center is completely disconnected. However, in the mediation service that our Center provides, we are committed to helping students find new accommodation without any additional cost, and whenever possible, depending on each student's needs, the season, and the accommodation available at that time.
